Ich habe bei Popfurniture vier Eames Plastic Chair, zwei mal den DAR und zweimal den DSR bestellt. Leider war die eine Sitzschale durch den Transport beschädigt worden, doch sofort wurde mir ein Ersatzteil geschickt. Das einzige Manko, dass ich finden konnte, ist dass die Stühle etwas Kippeln, doch das Problem hat sich einfach durch Filzstopper lösen lassen. Alles in allem finde ich die Qualität für den Preis also in Ordnung und, dass der Shop professionell mit Problemen, wie Beschädigungen umgeht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Caspar

Bestilte om fredagen og om onsdagen havde jeg modtaget mine vare. Dog manglede der nogle skruer og fødder til stolene, men de blve sendt med det samme. Rigtig god kvalitet og bestemt ikke sidste gang, jeg bestiller derfra!

Die Lieferung unserer 6 Eames Stühle war nicht vollständig. Schrauben und Teile der Stuhlbeine fehlten. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice schnell und unkompliziert. Nach 1 Woche waren die Teile da. Preis/Leistung der Ware unstrittig super und du bekommst es halt in Deutschland so nicht.

I ordered Eames DSR chairs and delivery was impressively fast. Some items were missing in the package so I needed to contact customer support. They were fast in responding and immediately sent the remaining parts. Unfortunately the chairs did not fit (the seating height was too low) so I contacted customer support again for a return of delivery. No problem, they provided me with return information including costs for the return. I reacted since the website stated that the return shall be on Popfurniture.com's cost. When I told this, customer support confirmed that the return will be free of costs.

Die Lieferung kam schnell und zuverlässig, mit dem bestellten Stuhl eames bin ich sehr zufrieden. Er macht qualitativ einen guten, soliden Einduck. Alles ok.

Bestellung und Bezahlung (Zahlungsmethode: Überweisung) waren sehr einfach, allerdings bekam ich schon nach einem Tag eine Zahlungserinnerung, was ich als störend empfand, wenn man ein Zahlungsziel von 14 Tagen hat. Zudem war der Lieferung nur sehr dürftig verpackt und die Aufbauanleitung war auch nicht einfach zu verstehen bei den Eames DSR Stühlen. Lieferung war allerdings sehr schnell (3 Tage nach Zahlung) und Stühle sind von guter Qualität. Alles in Allem in Ordnung.
